In this old firm, Pasnerie in Lyon they are engaged on aproject that seems crazy to just about everyone but what wonderful work they do. When I was there they had a man weaving some 28 colour silk velvet to replace some damaged curtains in Versailles. The man doing the weaving was doing 18 metres in two years with a pattern that had a vast amount of cards. Very interesting.
